• Watercolor paper 9x12" sheets (if you want to make the handmade journal)
• Or an art journal with watercolor paper (any size)
• Watercolors - I used some handmade watercolors that have a shimmer.
  • you'll want a red, a yellow, a blue, and 2 neutrals
  • I use a magenta pink, a warm yellow, cerulean blue, paynes gray and brown
  • I added later an olive green... because I liked it
• Micron pens (or water-proof ink pens)
• Permapaque black marker (or permanent black marker)
• Book binding kit (awl, needle and wax thread)
• Large and medium sized watercolor brushes

Optional art supplies

• Posca paint pens (or acrylic paint pens in a variety of bright colors)
• White gel pens
• Sparkly gel pens
• Metallic watercolors
• Tombow markers (or water-based markers)
